System Information

To view and hear live meetings or archived video, your computer must have a sound card, a minimum 56 Kbps Internet connection, and Adobe Flash Player

Player Information

In order to view the video streams you must have Flash Player installed in your web browser.

Microsoft Windows, version XP SP2 or newer, Vista, 7, or 8

• Recommended browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 8 or newer

Mac OS X, version 10.5 or newer

• Recommended browser: Apple Safari, version 5 or newer.

iOS, version 4.2.1 or newer

Android, versions 4.1 and 4.2

• Recommended browser: Google Chrome

For Android version 4.0 and older, on-demand video is supported on many devices. Live streaming is only supported if the Flash plugin is installed.

Please Note: Android has a very rapidly changing ecosystem. As new devices and operating systems are released, we are committed to addressing any issues within 60 days.

Beta and pre-release versions of operating systems and web browsers are not supported.

Connection Information

The video on our site is configured to stream at various speeds from 20 kbps (audio-only) up to 350 kbps. Our servers automatically detect your connection speed and send the highest quality stream possible. If you are trying to view the meeting over a dial-up connection, we recommend manually selecting an audio-only version of the meeting.
